Kidnapped! (can you find the clues in this video)? Episdode #1

Hey! We've got a problem...and we need your help to solve it! As you know, we're launching a new version of our product (called "The Blog Beast").... ...but our lead developer (Casey) has been kidnapped.... Apparently the "Guru Syndicate" (you know who I mean) doesn't want "regular people" to be able to get monster results online. So they kidnapped Casey and locked him in a warehouse somewhere in South Florida... But, somehow he managed to get this this coded message to us from his cellphone.... Will you help us find Casey?
